Aman is now co-founder GoInStore; who are setting out to disrupt both the online AND bricks and mortar retail space, simultaneously. They have built sophisticated technology that enables consumers to interact with shop assistants in store, ask questions, browse through products and get a real time human service, without having to leave the comfort of their home. There wasn’t a light bulb moment with the idea, it kinda progressed and evolved We wanted the satisfaction of creating a business where we set the tone for the people coming to work every day Since I was young I’ve always had my own attitude of my working hours and when I should work I think people should be empowered to make their own decisions I’ve made so many mistakes, I make mistakes everyday, but i don’t dwell on any mistake that I’ve made Anything you achieve in life will come with sacrifice If you’re a startup it’s not just business, it’s your life. It’s not a career, it’s your life. You can go through hell and back, and are you prepared to make those sacrifices and are you doing the right thing Balance and equilibrium is the most important thing you can have.
